Eddie kicks the show off by contemplating calling the fire department because a Jimi Hendrix track was so smoking. Raj joins Eddie for the opening of the show and later the boys time travel through Raj’s weekend. The boys waste no time jumping right into Real American Headlines, brought to you by CNN and Huffy-Post! Eddie tests the power of “click bait” and wastes everyone’s time by discussing “flesh” styled furnature and listening to a clip of an angry celebrity on an Australian radio show. Eddie digs deep and discusses the latest track by Britney Spears without Auto tune. The phone lines light up when Ian Corey calls in to talk more about auto tune which forces Eddie to lay down an impromptu “Your write it and We’ll do it live” segment featuring Eddie on Auto tune. Listen to Podcast 2 for the results! After the break, Chuck Lockwood calls from Baltimore to give his report from the streets. Eddie takes a smooth break and returns only to analyze more pros at their worst with Enrique Iglasias and Linda McCartney tracks the escaped into the wild with out auto tune. Later, Eddie discusses the new movie called “The Wrecking Crew” featuring the most talented group of musicians that recorded the music for most of the Pop music coming out of LA from the 1960’s including The Mamas and The Papas, Nancy Sinatra, The Monkees, Simon and Garfunkel, Phil Spector, The Beach Boys and many more. The boys open the phone lines long enough to get a call from David “StepToe” Wilcox (Agent 69) reporting from the streets of Baltimore. StepToe gives the inside scoop of the Gawker photo of the tagged dead deer that is exploding on the internet. The pan starts to sizzle when Eddie and Raj get gross with a healthy sampling of bootlegs for the bootleg breakfast.
