Meet Eddie
Winters.

Eddie Winters was born and
raised in the shadow of the old Chicago Stadium. After graduating
from St. Malachy Elementary School and Prosser High School,
Eddie went on to study Business Management at Roosevelt
University. Deciding to stay in the community to raise his
family, he became a Chicago Police Officer 13 years ago.
He is now a Sergeant.
Eddie believes that being a part of a community
means digging in, rolling up your sleeves and lending a
hand. For his volunteer and mentoring efforts, Eddie Winters
has been recognized by a number of community organizations;
namely CEASEFIRE, the James Jordan Foundation, and Eddie
was named One Man in a Million by the National
Council of Negro Women.
